I do this by showing sales teams how to convert more leads and be leaders in the sales process. I’ve developed virtual sales training called the Steps to WIN™ Program and written a book on the topic (Steps to WIN in the Meetings Market on Amazon). This helps teams to stand out in the mind of the Buyer and Meeting or Event Planner. These relationships drive revenue and help the sales team to win more profitable Conference, Incentive, Meetings & Event business from their competitors. I work with Hotels, Agencies, DMC’s and Convention and Visitor Bureaus. I’ve been training online for 7 years now and have lots of on-demand sales training videos, in particular for the MICE and group markets.
I am not a Hotel Consultant, I am a leader who inspires rather than tells. I help the sales team build profitable relationships with key corporate decision makers. My clients tell me I do not do traditional sales training, instead I give them “the edge”.
I teach online and on-site, working with sales and operations teams to build a MICE experience to WOW the Organisers and participants.
I speak & train at conferences world wide such as – ibtm world, IMEX, MPI.

I have worked in Hotels myself and I founded a venue sourcing business booking hundreds of Conferences on behalf of my clients. I am a small business owner and understand the complexities and opportunities that brings.
